At Queenie and Judge and Cushion Covers Online, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. However, should you need to return an item, the following policy applies.

* You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to return it for a refund.
* Postage costs are non-refundable. The refund amount will exclude any postage paid.
* The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, free from any damage or signs of use. Items are to be returned in suitable new packaging and not re-used or recycled packaging (Returned Items in Plastic bags/Waste bin bags will be refused and no refund at all will be given).
2. Inspection of Returns
We reserve the right to inspect all returned items to ensure they meet our returns criteria. This includes checking for any signs of usage, damage, or wear and tear. If the returned item does not meet our standards, we may decline the refund request or offer a partial refund at our discretion.
3. Returning Your Item
Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
4. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of our decision. If approved, your refund (less postage) will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
