Delivery Policy – Queenie & Judge

At Queenie & Judge, we want your items to arrive safely, beautifully packaged, and as promptly as possible. This Delivery Policy explains how we process, handle and deliver orders throughout the United Kingdom.

1. Processing Times

• Standard items: Dispatched within 3–5 working days.
• Made-to-order items (including designer fabric cushions): Dispatched within 7–14 working days.
• During busy periods (e.g., Christmas), processing times may be slightly longer, but we will always aim to keep you updated.

2. Delivery Area

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
We do not offer international delivery.

3. Free UK Delivery

We proudly offer FREE standard delivery on all UK orders — no minimum spend required.

Your order will be delivered using trusted UK couriers including Royal Mail, Evri and DPD, depending on parcel size and location.

Standard Delivery

• FREE
• Estimated arrival: 2–4 working days after dispatch
• Tracking provided where available

Express Delivery (if offered)

Occasionally we may offer an express upgrade at checkout.

4. Delivery Charges

There are no delivery charges for standard delivery within the UK.
Any optional upgrades (such as express delivery) will be shown clearly at checkout.

5. Delivery Issues

5.1 Incorrect Address

Please ensure the delivery address entered at checkout is complete and accurate.
We cannot refund or replace items lost due to an incorrect address being provided.

5.2 Missed Deliveries

If a courier attempts delivery and you are unavailable, you will need to rearrange delivery or collection directly with the courier.

5.3 Delays

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:
• Courier backlogs
• Strikes
• Severe weather
• Peak seasonal periods
• Other external factors

However, we will always support you in tracking and resolving issues where possible.

5.4 Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at jules@queenieandjudge.com.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please email photos within 48 hours so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Packaging

All items are packaged with care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Where possible, we use recyclable or reusable packaging.

7. Made-to-Order & Custom Items

Made-to-order items, especially those using designer fabrics, may take longer to prepare.
This will be clearly stated on the product page.

8. Split Deliveries

If your order contains multiple items, they may be dispatched separately depending on stock and packaging requirements.
You will not be charged extra for this.
